The role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Although you can work from home, you will also have the opportunity to engage with peers and support staff in our outpatient office when needed. Our remote work infrastructure is equipped with the latest technology and resources to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths and areas for growth, and develop personalized treatment plans effectively addressing those needs.
• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to facilitate a well-rounded approach to each client's care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with best practices, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on emerging research and techniques within mental health counseling, integrating this knowledge into practice to enhance client outcomes.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Dawn Psychological Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be crucial in providing support and advocating for clients through different phases of their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent credential; candidates seeking licensure may also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients, understand their unique circumstances, and tailor therapy approaches to effectively meet their needs.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and team members.
• Capability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

• Experience in providing therapy services to a diverse range of populations, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and progress tracking.
• Prior experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling is a plus, as it aligns with our remote service utilization.

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
