Work Environment

You will also have access to the outpatient office facilities as needed for specific client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients' situations, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Regularly document clinical progress and treatment plans with attention to detail, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, for comprehensive client care.
• Stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent is essential to practice within this role.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse populations and effectively address a wide range of mental health concerns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing caseloads efficiently.

Preferred Experience

We value candidates with experience in outpatient counseling settings and a solid understanding of evidence-based therapies. Additional experience with crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or specific populations, such as veterans or the LGBTQ+ community, is a plus. Prior experience using digital tools for teletherapy and electronic health records is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience.
