Job description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Controls Administrator. We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills; the ability to handle day-to-day tasks in an effective and professional manner and the ability to work effectively with others. The Project Controls Administrator is responsible for various financial and administrative tasks and duties supporting the Company's business and responsible for the end-to-end management of project finances.
What you will do:
  • Ensure a consistent and disciplined approach to project financials utilizing appropriate systems and processes
  • Creation and updating of financial records (e.g., Lines, Purchase Orders Requests (PORs), Purchase Orders (POs), Invoices, etc.)
  • Order, track, and evaluate third party services including issuance of Vendor POs
  • Tracking and billing of milestone services, pass thru expenses, and other ad hoc items
  • Monitor and control recognition of revenue and cash flow

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, or accounting
  • Prior experience preferred - with one or more billing systems utilized by big four carriers (i.e., AT&T, Dish, T-Mobile, and Verizon) such as Ariba, iSupplier, ACAS, ScopeWorker.
  • Experience with Sitetracker and Sage Intacct, or other similar industry project management tools highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of clients, vendors, subcontractors, professionals, and executives
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Competent using cloud-based IT environment such as Office 365 or Google Suite

Supervisory Responsibility:
  • Will not have supervisory duties.
