Senior Project Administrator

Are you a highly organized professional who enjoys helping teams turn ideas into successful outcomes? We're seeking a Senior Project Administrator to lead our Project Delivery Resource Center (PDRC) and support project success across SESLOC.

In this role, you'll provide project governance, tools, guidance, and reporting to help departments plan and execute projects effectively. You'll partner with employees across SESLOC to promote consistent project delivery practices, track progress, identify risks, and support informed decision-making. You may also serve as the project lead for select initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in project coordination, administration, governance, or project delivery
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross-functional teams
  • Experience with project reporting, dashboards, and project management tools
  • Ability to identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Professional discretion when handling confidential information

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in project coordination, project support, or project delivery environments
  • Experience supporting technology and cross-functional projects preferred
