Job Description:

Summary
A Senior Project Administrator is responsible for working within a collaborative team. A Senior Project Administratorโ€™s duties and responsibilities are intended to support the sales efforts of the Account Team by administratively executing multiple projects simultaneously through collaboration with both internal and external partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internally and externally to support project tasks and timelines
  • Perform administrative duties to assist Account Managers and Project Managers
  • Ownership of all purchase orders through the ERP system throughout the entire life cycle of the purchase order
  • Communicate with sub-contractors, warehouse managers, and internal team to ensure timely delivery of customer product
  • Effectively manage customer warranty and/or service requests
  • Effectively manage sales orders
  • Attend daily meetings with project team

Required Qualifications

  • Competency in Microsoft Suite
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant industry experience
  • High school diploma required but BA/BS degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of project coordination or accounting experience

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no current supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and works under fluorescent lighting. Noise levels are moderate.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to make repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
  • Able to remain in a stationary position 50 percent of the time
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to hear, read, and speak in order to communicate with employees, customers, vendors, etc.
