Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a Senior Project Administrator to support the deployment of our commercial projects. This role reports into our Project Engineering team which is part of the Commercial Operations organization. The Project Engineering team is instrumental in designing, building, commissioning, and operating utility-scale storage projects and will be invaluable in scaling Form's breakthrough multi-day storage technology. You will work closely with EPC partners and customers externally and with Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics internally. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission!
This is a hybrid role, which will require working onsite from our office in Berkeley, CA 3 days per week. Relocation assistance is available.
What you'll do:
  • Support Project Engineers and Project Managers in all aspects of project execution, assisting in the development and implementation of project plans
  • Maintain project documentation and coordinate distribution across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Administer requests for proposals, submittals, transmittal, and requests for information for all Form projects
  • Assist with customer and project partner contract negotiations
  • Support cash flow planning, invoicing, and payment processing with finance and accounting
  • Travel as needed up to 25%

What you'll bring:
  • 4+ years of experience in project execution and controls and a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or accounting
  • Demonstrated experience in renewable energy project development and construction
  • Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience with Google's software suite, Smartsheets, Procore, and Jira
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
