Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Project Administrator I to join our team in Lafayette, IN! We offer full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more! Position Overview
DSN is partnering with a leading manufacturer to identify a Project Administrator I to support their project management office in Lafayette, IN. This is a Level 1, entry-point role designed for a candidate with 1-3 years of professional experience who is eager to build a long-term career path toward Project Coordinator. The Project Administrator I will focus primarily on project administrative support, including status reporting, data updates, and system maintenance, while gaining direct exposure to project management tools, processes, and stakeholders. Candidates must currently reside in the Lafayette, IN area, as this is a local-hire-only position.
Key Responsibilities
• Run and distribute recurring project status updates and reports to project teams and stakeholders.
• Update and maintain project dashboards and reports within Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist the project management team with the migration to Microsoft Project Online, including data entry, validation, and cleanup.
• Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and documentation under the guidance of senior project coordinators and project managers.
• Support project administrative functions such as meeting coordination, note-taking, and action-item follow-up.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining project files, records, and documentation in accordance with team standards.
• Help track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, flagging discrepancies to senior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather status updates and ensure project information remains current.
• Participate in process improvement efforts related to reporting tools and project administration workflows.
• Perform other project administrative and coordination duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of professional experience in a project administration, coordination, or related support role.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including the ability to update reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling tools; exposure to Microsoft Project Online is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
