Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Partner Marketing Manager to drive partner enablement, co-marketing initiatives, executive engagement programs, and cross-functional program management across a global ecosystem of enterprise technology partners and Systems Integrators.

This is a highly visible role operating at the intersection of AI, enterprise technology, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or ecosystem marketing, along with exceptional program management and stakeholder engagement skills. Success in this role requires adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Enablement
  • Develop and execute partner enablement programs, training initiatives, and go-to-market strategies for strategic enterprise partners and Systems Integrators.
  • Create scalable frameworks and resources that accelerate partner adoption and engagement.
Co-Marketing Programs
  • Lead the planning and execution of joint marketing initiatives with global partners.
  • Drive integrated campaigns, events, and partner-led marketing activities that support ecosystem growth and business objectives.
Executive Engagement
  • Manage executive engagement programs with senior partner stakeholders.
  • Coordinate strategic meetings, communications, and relationship-building initiatives that strengthen partner alignment.
Cross-Functional Program Management
  • Partner closely with internal marketing, product, sales, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution excellence.
Partner Ecosystem Growth
  • Support the development and expansion of strategic partner relationships through marketing programs and ecosystem engagement activities.
  • Leverage partner insights and performance data to inform strategy and optimize program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, or enterprise technology marketing.
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators, consulting firms, cloud providers, or enterprise technology partners.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Experience developing partner enablement, training, and go-to-market programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups and organizational levels.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and receptive to feedback in a fast-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within AI, SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or emerging technology ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and modern collaboration platforms.
