Started in 2019, Cherry is an extremely fast growing FinTech that has built the simplest, fastest, and most inclusive Buy Now, Pay Later solution for medical practices such as dentists, medical aesthetics, veterinarians etc.
Cherry enables medical practices to treat more patients by making their services more financially accessible.
Cherry was founded and is led by Stanford entrepreneurs with a previous successful exit and backed by an all-star lineup of investors such as Kleiner Perkins and DCM.
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist who will be on the front lines to set up our customers for success with our cutting-edge financing platform. The Customer Onboarding Specialist is a crucial member of our sales organization and onboarding team, and owns each new account for 30 days. The position is mission critical to the value we provide our end users.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver best in class training to our customers
  • Prepare before calls to ensure Cherry implementation is efficient and practical
  • Deliver engaging narratives based on past customer successes to build initial momentum and excitement for Cherry
  • Leverage various softwares to effectively conduct a meaningful onboarding experience
  • Maximize customer usage of our platform in the first 30 days
  • Introduce and optimize Cherry marketing and placement with merchant partners
  • Provide customers with best practices and materials to increase their revenue and usage of Cherry
  • Provide critical feedback to our internal teams

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Developed passion for the customer experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to connect interpersonally with others
  • Comfortable working with various software platforms
  • Adaptable and proven ability to troubleshoot on the fly
  • Problem solver with a can-do attitude and a high attention to detail
  • Bonus for experience with sales, customer success, or account management

Compensation Package
