This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional to drive business growth by identifying new prospects and building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. In this role, you will lead outbound prospecting efforts, engage decision-makers, and schedule high-quality meetings that contribute directly to commercial success. Accountabilities:

As a Lead Generation / Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales initiatives, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a healthy pipeline while delivering a professional experience to prospective clients.

  • Research and identify prospective clients that align with the target customer profile.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and personalized email campaigns.
  • Conduct engaging introductory conversations and presentations with prospective clients.

  • Work independently while taking ownership of daily business development activities and pipeline management.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated business development professional with strong communication skills, proven outbound sales experience, and the ability to leverage modern technologies to maximize results.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, appointment setting, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Strong track record of success with cold calling and personalized cold email campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confidence presenting solutions and engaging with business decision-makers.
  • Strong prospecting, qualification, follow-up, and objection-handling abilities.
