Position Overview
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting products and services to other businesses. This position requires a balance of effective communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet performance goals. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building relationships, and ensuring accurate information is collected and delivered to our clients. This is a remote role with part-time opportunities available.
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound business-to-business calls to potential leads
  • Qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments
  • Communicate the value of client services clearly and effectively
  • Verify and update contact information with accuracy
  • Manage email communications with business contacts
  • Track and document activities in company systems with attention to detail
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential customer information
  • Assist with simple IT troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly production goals
  • Represent clients with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements
  • Must be willing to come in office for training
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
