Job description

Immediate need for a talented Technical Curriculum Developer- Workflow. This is a 17 Months contract opportunity with long‐term potential and is Florida(Remote) Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $70 - $80/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

  • You will design and develop high-quality learning experiences across Instructor‐Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor‐Led Training (VILT), on‐demand eLearning, and simulator‐based training environments.
  • This includes creating written instructional content, video‐based learning modules, interactive simulations, job aids, real‐world examples, guided lab exercises, and structured assessments to measure learner knowledge and skills.
  • The role also involves supporting product release planning and continuous curriculum improvement by developing engaging training programs focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies, validating course functionality through content testing and quality assurance, and improving existing learning materials based on learner survey data and feedback.
  • You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, course owners, instructors, and cross‐functional teams to gather requirements, track product release updates, and maintain accurate course specifications, documentation, and metadata.
  • Responsibilities also include managing project timelines, supporting training lab environments, mentoring junior contributors, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer across learning programs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

  • Key Skills; End‐to‐end instructional design and curriculum development experience (9 years) across Instructor‐Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor‐Led Training (VILT), eLearning, simulations, guided labs, and assessments, using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and SnagIt.
  • AI‐focused learning development experience, including designing and developing training content for Generative AI and Agentic AI, and leveraging AI tools to improve learning workflows, automation, and training effectiveness.
  • Technical training and eLearning development experience for IT or SaaS products, including creating interactive modules, videos, job aids, and hands‐on lab exercises.
  • Strong cross‐functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), product teams, instructors, and course owners to gather requirements, review product release updates, and ensure content quality and accuracy.
  • Project management and release planning experience, including tracking multiple course deliverables, updating course specifications and documentation, mentoring junior team members, and supporting training lab environments.
  • Strong multimedia and eLearning content design capabilities, including development of videos, graphics, templates, icons, and interactive training content, with knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
