Job description

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Content Developer: I (Junior) - NA for a 4-month role. This position is a remote position with flexible work hours.
Job Description:
In this role, you will contribute to enhancing HR documentation and content to align with AI readiness strategies. The project involves reviewing, migrating, and creating content to support the company's goal of enabling self-service through AI tools.
Responsibilities:
• Support the transfer of HR content between platforms to align with content strategy and AI readiness
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to review content and provide feedback on AI readiness
• Support maintenance of content in ServiceNow, including reviewing reports and informing content owners about content health
• Create and review content in alignment with the knowledge roadmap and AI readiness strategy
• Implement knowledge management best practices
Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent written and English language skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with HR content or working directly with employees
• Proficiency in basic office software or Google Suite
• Comfortable with documentation and self-management in a remote setting
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• HR background to understand content topics
• Familiarity with AI compliance rules
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Customer-facing, collaborative experience
Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position.
