Location: Arkansas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an LPC to join a remote behavioral health team providing therapy through telehealth. The position focuses on direct counseling, clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation. You will help clients navigate mental health concerns, strengthen coping skills, and work toward realistic treatment goals in a virtual care environment. This is a full-time opportunity for a licensed clinician who wants a straightforward schedule and consistent patient interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions using an approved telehealth platform
  • Assess emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
  • Create and update individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and timely client documentation
  • Provide ongoing therapeutic support and intervention
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust counseling strategies when needed

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
