• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for all newly admitted patients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique mental health and substance use challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs, regularly adjusting strategies based on patient progress.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques designed to promote recovery and resilience.
• Collaborate with external behavioral health facilities, coordinating care when necessary to ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Utilize data and patient feedback to proactively identify and implement strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes and engagement within therapy.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing substance use disorders, providing compassionate care designed to assist them in navigating their recovery journeys. • A Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a collaborative mental health setting.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions, particularly those related to substance use disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in active listening and empathy.
