• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients by conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate their mental health needs, enabling personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, that promote mental wellness and resilience.
• Use a variety of tailored therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care that takes into account all aspects of a client’s wellbeing, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation while adhering to relevant legal and ethical guidelines, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and workshops to remain updated on advancements in mental health research and best practices in therapeutic techniques.

Your role will encompass a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and relationship challenges. Your experience will enable you to provide compassionate care tailored to their unique histories and circumstances, while fostering a supportive environment that promotes healing and growth.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, is required.

• Specialization or significant experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse recovery is highly preferred.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and understanding of their best practices for client engagement.

The salary range for this role is competitive, positioned between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
