In this role, you will play a vital part in our patients' healing journeys by:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate mental health conditions, resulting in comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Delivering various forms of psychotherapy, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
• Documenting clinical progress and maintaining accurate records in adherence to HIPAA and other professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with fellow professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to create an integrated treatment approach that addresses physical, psychological, and social facets of patient care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review discussions to continuously enhance the quality of care provided within the team.
• Providing educational resources and counseling to clients and their families about mental health challenges and potential treatment pathways, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.
• Staying informed of the latest industry research and clinical methodologies to incorporate fresh, evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach.

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
• Solid understanding and application of solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an ability to assess complex clinical situations.
• Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team setting, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

While not mandatory, experience in remote or telehealth settings is advantageous, as is familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. We also welcome candidates who have training or certifications in specialty therapeutic modalities that may benefit our client population.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
