• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.
• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients mitigate symptoms and foster personal growth.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality while optimizing care effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of learning and best practices.
• Act as an educator and resource for clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community services, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health to continually improve the therapeutic process and implement cutting-edge approaches in practice.

As an LCSW at our center, you will work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will be vital in fostering resilient coping strategies and providing support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, demonstrating your foundation in clinical practices.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington State, reflecting your proficiency and commitment to the profession.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, equipping you with essential skills to address complex client needs.
