• Craft and implement customized treatment plans, regularly evaluating client progress and adapting approaches as necessary.

Your expertise will be vital in serving a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other mental health concerns. The variety of backgrounds and experiences among your clients will enrich your therapeutic practice while allowing you to apply a wide array of intervention strategies best suited to their unique situations.

• M.S.W. from an accredited social work program with a focus on clinical practice.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally in a private practice or community health setting.
• Strong competency in assessment, treatment planning, and employing therapeutic interventions effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills coupled with a high level of empathy and interpersonal relationship-building.

• Experience with diverse populations, including various age groups and cultural backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices.
• Continued education or specialization in specific therapeutic interventions.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and additional performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
