In your capacity as an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of patients, establishing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs, and utilizing solution-focused methodologies.
• Providing psychotherapy services that encompass a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring the applications align with the best practices for each patient.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA regulations while facilitating seamless information sharing across interdisciplinary teams.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies are in place for each patient.
• Engaging in regular supervision and case consultations, leveraging peer reviews to maintain quality standards and enhance treatment delivery.
• Offering education and support to patients and their families, which includes discussing mental health issues, available services, and community resources to augment their care journey.
• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment, ensuring best practices are integrated into your services.
• Managing a full caseload of patients, ensuring alignment with therapy goals and ethical practices as per the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) guidelines.

In this role, you will work primarily with patients in hospice care, a unique setting that requires sensitivity and an understanding of end-of-life issues. Your focus will be on providing comprehensive mental health support to individuals who are navigating serious health challenges, along with their families. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, emphasizing psychotherapy services and patient care in diverse settings.
• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic methods, including solution-focused approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients and their families.

• Experience in hospice or palliative care settings is highly preferred.
