As a fully remote position, your work will consist of engaging with clients from the comfort of your own home or chosen workspace. You will utilize sophisticated video conferencing software, ensuring that therapy sessions are interactive, engaging, and tailored to meet clients' unique needs.

• Facilitate weekly therapy sessions via live video, addressing a wide array of emotional issues for adults and their families.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that encompass individual and family dynamics, targeting destructive behaviors and relational challenges.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and clinical skills to evaluate clients' emotional and mental health needs, setting therapeutic goals to enhance overall well-being.
• Guide clients and their families in developing constructive coping strategies to manage challenges, thereby promoting self-efficacy and personal growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and client progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic services to adults grappling with a range of emotional disorders, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. You'll engage with a diverse client population, which may also include couples and families seeking to improve communication and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Must possess an active LMFT license in the state of Washington.
• At least three years of documented experience in providing therapeutic services, with a clear understanding of evidence-based practices.
• Comfortable with technology, including proficiency in video conferencing platforms, with previous telehealth experience viewed as a valuable asset.

• Experience using telehealth tools to deliver therapy sessions effectively.
• Strong knowledge of techniques for diagnosing mental health issues and developing effective treatment strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment while independently managing a caseload.

Heartfelt Healing Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
