This position will be fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with our clients. The supportive outpatient office setting ensures that you will have the necessary resources and tools at your disposal to succeed in providing effective interventions. You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals, all dedicated to delivering comprehensive care and support.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing personalized treatment to address the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct group therapy sessions that foster community and healing among participants.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals such as psychologists, social workers, and medical staff to develop tailored intervention strategies that enhance client well-being.
• Follow up with psychiatrists and attending physicians regarding clients admitted to the hospital to ensure continuity of care.
• Identify potential barriers to recovery and implement strategies to mitigate these challenges.
• Provide support and guidance to family members and primary caregivers on managing mental health challenges within their family dynamic.

Your role will entail working with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs and backgrounds of your clients. Your work will significantly impact their recovery journey, helping them cultivate coping strategies and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• Strong foundation in principles of mental health counseling, demonstrated through relevant work experience in mental health settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and providing empathetic care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues in a remote environment.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and their applications in outpatient care.
• Prior experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms, as this is a remote position.
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and their effects as prescribed by medical professionals.
