• Conduct regular remote therapy sessions with individuals and families, utilizing video conferencing tools that facilitate an engaging experience.
• Assess and identify clients' mental health needs through comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective support.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, referring clients to other specialists when additional support is required.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. You will be instrumental in helping couples navigate conflicts, improving their communication skills, and fostering stronger connections. Your expertise will also support families in resolving conflicts, coping with transitions, and enhancing familial bonds.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a must.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy.
• Proficient in using technology for conducting therapy sessions and managing client documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with organizational goals and team dynamics.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to track client progress and maintain documentation.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual service delivery.
