• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions remotely, utilizing our comprehensive online platform designed for secure and confidential communications.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific mental health goals and challenges.
• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, documentation, and feedback, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines while safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Participate in case consultations with fellow therapists and other mental health professionals to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Stay informed of current trends and developments in mental health therapy by engaging in ongoing professional development and training.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of mental health challenges. This may include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and life transitions. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a space where clients feel understood, valued, and motivated to pursue their mental health objectives.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a mental health counselor in Washington state, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrated expertise in providing therapeutic support to individuals and families.
• Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to foster positive therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to work independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.

Experience with specific therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy is highly desirable. Familiarity with online therapy platforms and digital documentation tools will contribute to your success in this role.
