This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a weekly schedule that prioritizes client needs. Our outpatient office model promotes accessibility for clients which ensures that support is available to them as they navigate their mental health journey. Additionally, we utilize evidence-based platforms to facilitate virtual therapy, ensuring seamless communication between our therapists and clients.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, identifying short-term and long-term therapeutic goals to guide their journey toward mental well-being.
• Regularly assess clients’ emotional and mental health needs through interviews, standardized assessments, and ongoing evaluation of progress.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing strategies to de-escalate urgent situations and ensure client safety.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting treatment progression and session notes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to enhance the holistic care of clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about licensure requirements and participating in continuing education opportunities.

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, respecting and integrating varying cultural perspectives into therapy.
• Experience in providing individual, couples, and family therapy is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches to enhance client outcomes.

• Experience working with addiction-related issues is an asset, given the ongoing focus on helping individuals in recovery.
• Previous use of teletherapy and electronic record-keeping systems is preferred.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapy methods (e.g., CBT, EMDR) will be considered beneficial.

• Annual salary range is between USD 80,000 and 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
