This position is uniquely set in a remote telehealth facility, enabling counselors to connect with clients via digital platforms while maintaining flexibility in their schedules. • Maintain a personalized caseload of clients, nurturing rapport and upholding ethical standards throughout therapeutic interactions.
• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, address concerns, and strategically plan for future appointments or discharges when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and assess client-centered treatment plans, adapting strategies based on evolving client needs.
• Document client interactions with precision, maintaining thorough progress notes and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish initial treatment direction.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers and specialists to create an integrated approach to mental health care.

Our practice primarily serves a diverse outpatient clientele, including individuals across various age groups and cultural backgrounds. As an LPC at Integro Wellness & Therapy, you will provide tailored support to meet the specific needs of each client, helping them navigate mental health challenges and achieve their goals for wellness.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is mandatory.
• Current, unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, gained post-graduation, is essential.
• Proficiency in various computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, and email platforms (Outlook, PIMSY), is necessary for documentation and communication.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfortable conducting thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs.

• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual environment.

Integro Wellness & Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, under a fee-for-service model.
