• Deliver therapeutic care via remote sessions, following structured, evidence-based programs designed to meet individual needs.
• Monitor and assess participant progress regularly, provide thoughtful follow-up communications, and maintain detailed session notes for accurate documentation.
• Act as a proactive member of the care team, assisting clients in accessing available resources, and securing necessary consent and authorization forms.
• Identify high-risk scenarios involving client safety and respond effectively, adhering to company protocols while prioritizing participant well-being.
• Engage in regularly scheduled supervision meetings and team check-ins to discuss challenges, share best practices, and contribute to a continuous improvement culture.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at New Hope, you will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Your focus will be on facilitating transformative therapy sessions that empower clients to adopt actionable skills and build sustainable, healthy habits. It is crucial to engage clients in a way that addresses their unique backgrounds and experiences to foster trust and open dialogue.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Commitment to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with the availability to maintain a consistent schedule to meet clients' needs.

• Clinical experience conducting psychotherapy, particularly through methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused techniques.
