This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while maintaining the cohesive culture of an outpatient office. You will have the ability to schedule therapy sessions at times that best accommodate your clients' busy lives, including evening and weekend availability. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop a deep understanding of each client’s mental health struggles, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, setting realistic goals and clear interventions to guide therapeutic progress.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to each client's care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions to refine and enhance client-centered treatment strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, ensuring client safety and immediate support.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress in accordance with ethical and legal requirements.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich our clients' therapeutic experience.

In your role, you will work with a diverse demographic, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients come to us seeking support for a range of challenges, including interpersonal conflicts, emotional distress, and histories of trauma. Your work will directly enhance the emotional and psychological well-being of clients, encouraging healing and resilience through meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Proven expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communicative, and assessment skills that facilitate effective client engagement.

A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, though any relevant experience demonstrating your therapeutic acumen and patient advocacy will be considered.
