Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Brighthope Behavioral Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
  • Implementing therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mental health issues.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with HIPAA compliance and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Engaging in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to facilitate coordinated care for clients.
  • Participating in regular peer consultations and case reviews to enhance clinical knowledge and treatment quality.
  • Educating clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment modalities, and relevant community resources.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends and research in mental health to continually enhance your practice and patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse population, including individuals with varying mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Our goal is to foster long-lasting relationships with clients, empowering them through education and support while enabling them to achieve their personal treatment goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • At least 2 years of direct clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly solution-focused psychotherapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a capacity for collaborative teamwork.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in telehealth or remote environments.
  • Familiarity with various treatment modalities beyond CBT and DBT.
  • Experience with underserved populations or in a hospice setting is advantageous.

  • Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
