Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active caseload of clients, fostering rapport and establishing positive working relationships to ensure trust and openness.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring ongoing care and support.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on the needs of each client, incorporating evidence-based approaches to therapy.
  • Document all client interactions accurately and timely, maintaining up-to-date progress notes and share information securely to uphold confidentiality.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments, gathering critical information to tailor treatment and identify any immediate needs or referrals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to serve a diverse outpatient population, including individuals from various demographics facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our goal is to provide therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and enhance clients' overall quality of life while respecting each individual's background and unique circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
  • A current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience working in an outpatient setting following graduation.
  • Proficiency in using various technology platforms, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for documentation and scheduling.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.
  • Familiarity with integrating psychopharmacological treatments into clinical practice.
  • Prior experience working with diverse populations and a clear understanding of cultural competencies in mental health.
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
