• Engage directly with assigned clients, conducting thorough assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions in both virtual and community settings, ensuring a supportive environment conducive to recovery.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, promoting patient-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and behavioral health specialists, to optimize integrated care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, responding swiftly to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
• Conduct developmental screenings and in-depth assessments, guiding clients toward appropriate resources and services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Palms Medical Group, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, each facing unique challenges associated with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Your work will involve engaging individuals and families in holistic, culturally-competent therapy that respects their traditions and strengthens their capacity for self-advocacy and empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current LCSW license in Colorado is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compassionately.
• Effective organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation requirements efficiently.
• Competency in addressing age-specific and developmental needs across a broad patient demographic.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred, with a background in community health being an advantageous asset.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
