What You'll Do As a Pediatric Neurofeedback Therapist, you will work directly with children and families to provide neurofeedback services while receiving ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical support. No prior neurofeedback experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, passionate about behavioral health, and excited to develop expertise in a rapidly growing area of clinical practice. Job Duties and Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality neurofeedback sessions under appropriate supervision * Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and families * Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation * Conduct and assist with qEEG assessments and data collection * Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team members regarding treatment planning and client care * Serve as a point of contact for clients and families throughout treatment * Participate actively in supervision, training, team meetings, and professional development * Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture * Continue developing competency in neurofeedback protocols and clinical applications Compensation Compensation is determined by education level, licensure status, productivity, performance, and demonstrated competency within Lighthouse's career progression framework. The estimated annual earnings listed below are based on full-time employment and on-target performance, defined as maintaining an average of 95 billed client hours per month while utilizing available paid time off and paid holidays throughout the year.
