Pay: $18-$22 (Plus night shift differential)
Location: 4770 Larimer Pkwy, Johnstown, CO 80534
Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12s (7p–7a) | Every other weekend rotation

How You Will Make a Difference
• Perform frequent safety rounds, observations, and 1:1s as assigned; document behaviors and interventions.
• Lead or assist with groups: coping skills, grounding, recreation, and ADLs support.
• Partner with RNs during crises using verbal de‑escalation, redirection, and team response protocols.
• Support admissions/intakes: belongings inventory, vitals, and orientation to the unit.
• Maintain a therapeutic, tidy environment and uphold visitor policies.
• Ensure continuity of care overnight with vigilant observation and timely documentation.
• Manage after‑hours admissions and urgent needs; prepare a thorough handoff to the day team.
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma/GED required; some college or STNA/EMT experience preferred.
• Age 21+; ability to stand/walk for long periods and assist with lifts/transfers as needed.
• Empathy, consistency, and clear communication.
