Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions that utilize our specialized telehealth platform to foster a supportive and therapeutic environment.
• Develop tailored treatment strategies and individualized care plans that address each client's unique mental health needs and goals.
• Regularly assess and evaluate client progress, adjusting therapeutic modalities as needed to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to deliver comprehensive care solutions that integrate various therapeutic approaches.
• Stay abreast of best practices in telehealth and psychological services, implementing evidence-based strategies in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Our patient population comes from varied backgrounds and age groups, allowing you to apply a wide range of therapeutic techniques and culturally sensitive practices.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as one or more of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies to enhance client interactions.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with a talent for establishing rapport and building trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor’s degree is required, a Master’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred. Candidates with prior experience in a telehealth capacity or who possess specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities will stand out. Previous engagement in collaborative treatment teams or multidisciplinary approaches is advantageous.

Vantis Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
