• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, establish clinical diagnoses, and develop dynamic treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention support effectively to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely access to necessary interventions.
• Maintain confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to both ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and integrated support for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated with industry best practices through training sessions, workshops, and relevant certifications.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse population seeking support for a range of mental health issues. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will play a crucial role in facilitating their journeys towards healing, providing them with the necessary tools to overcome challenges and achieve their personal growth objectives.

• Active license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic competencies, ensuring accurate evaluations and treatment planning.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team environment.
• Strong commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, although not required.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques to meet client needs.
• Experience with crisis intervention strategies and techniques that enhance client outcomes.
