Position Details

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote behavioral health therapy for clients who need consistent support, clinical guidance, and a safe space to work through mental health challenges. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients online, completing assessments, building treatment plans, documenting care, and helping clients move toward healthier coping patterns.
This is a full-time telehealth position for an LCSW who can work independently, communicate clearly, and provide structured care through a virtual platform. Clients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, adjustment concerns, grief, relationship strain, or other mental health needs.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver remote psychotherapy services to clients through video-based sessions
  • Complete intake assessments and update clinical information as care continues
  • Build individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
  • Provide ongoing counseling and mental health support within the LCSW scope of practice
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and within required timeframes
  • Recognize changes in client risk, symptoms, or treatment needs
  • Apply appropriate therapeutic approaches based on client presentation
  • Maintain professional boundaries and privacy in all telehealth interactions

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Georgia
  • Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services

  • Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms
