• Perform comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and determine the most effective treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client’s individualized goals and preferences.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and more.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals, track client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients with various accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the care they require.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and follow-up care to adhere to ethical and professional standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and supervision opportunities.

As a mental health counselor at Creekview Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral disorders. Our practice emphasizes the importance of culturally competent care, seeking to meet the unique needs of every client while fostering an understanding of their backgrounds and experiences.

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of balancing a dynamic caseload.

While we welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to those who have prior experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with electronic health records, and a proven track record of effective therapeutic interventions. Additionally, experience in telehealth service delivery will be highly regarded, considering the increasing demand for flexible therapy options.

Creekview Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on the counselor’s caseload and experience.
