• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status and needs of clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and solution-focused approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring consistent quality of care.

• Possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with peers.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage your caseload.

• Experience in teletherapy and understanding of digital tools for therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities relevant to the adult population.
• Proven track record of managing a diverse caseload with positive client outcomes.
