• Conduct engaging and effective individual therapy sessions through our specialized online platform, utilizing video conferencing tools to create an impactful therapeutic relationship.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that focus on clients' specific goals and challenges, integrating evidence-based practices to support their mental health journey.
• Continuously assess client progress and adapt treatment modalities as necessary, ensuring that interventions are aligned with evolving client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with privacy regulations, safeguarding sensitive information while providing high-quality care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate holistic treatment approaches, enhancing the support provided to clients.
• Adhere to the highest ethical standards and legal requirements in the delivery of mental health services, ensuring a trusted environment for clients.

This role involves serving a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and a variety of other mental health challenges. You will work with clients of all ages, ensuring that your approach is sensitive and responsive to the unique cultural and personal backgrounds of each individual.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrable experience in providing individual therapy, with a preference for candidates with training in teletherapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities, enabling you to connect authentically with clients.
• A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

• Familiarity with digital tools and technology that enhance therapeutic delivery.
