As a remote-based Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive clinician team that emphasizes professional growth and patient-centered care. You will utilize telehealth technologies to maintain client engagement and ensure high-quality therapeutic interactions.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations, to develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to facilitate client healing and growth.
• Build strong therapeutic alliances with clients to foster trust and encourage their active participation in the treatment process, guiding them to achieve meaningful life changes.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, assessing situations and implementing effective strategies to ensure client safety and stability.
• Systematically document clinical notes and progress reports in compliance with ethical guidelines, state regulations, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated and holistic care.
• Engage in continuous professional development, mentoring clinical interns or junior counselors if interested, to enhance the skills of the next generation of mental health providers.

The clients you will serve include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of life challenges. Your expertise in trauma-informed care and skills in addressing specific issues like grief counseling, relationship dynamics, and adolescent mental health will be invaluable. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services in an outpatient clinic or similar setting is required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop effective treatment plans are crucial for success in this role.
• An understanding of ethical principles and commitment to confidentiality best practices is necessary.
• A dedication to providing culturally competent care to individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential.

• Experience in specialized areas such as trauma, grief counseling, couples therapy, or adolescent counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in applying various therapeutic approaches tailored to meet individual client needs enhances your candidacy.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
