Job description

Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Contract Details: Full-time

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Pharmacy

- Valid Pharmacist license in the state of New York (NY)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in computer systems and electronic medical records

Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient drug therapies and provide appropriate interventions

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans

- Educate patients on proper medication use and potential side effects

- Stay updated on new medications and treatment protocols

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards

- Assist with inventory management and medication ordering
