Working remotely in an outpatient office setting, you will engage with a diverse caseload of patients from various backgrounds. • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to foster positive patient outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and needs, using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Participate in weekly supervisory sessions with a clinical director or lead therapist to discuss case management strategies and receive continuous clinical support.
• Ensure all patient documentation is completed accurately and within agency timeframes, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in trainings and educational opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to provide comprehensive care, including regular communication with other healthcare professionals involved in a patient's treatment.

In this role, you will primarily work with children and adolescents, guiding them through behavioral and emotional challenges. You will also have cross-training opportunities to engage with adult patients, ensuring a well-rounded approach to mental health care. By addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, you will have a direct impact on improving the quality of life for your clients and their families.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, etc.) is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical context, is necessary to ensure you can handle the complexities of diverse patient needs.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Specialization or additional training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred, enhancing the breadth and depth of care provided to patients.
• Familiarity with electronic record-keeping and assessment tools that facilitate efficient documentation and enhance therapy delivery.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and availability.
