You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, participating in weekly case reviews and team meetings to discuss treatment plans and share cultural competence training resources. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather pertinent information from patients and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver tailored interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while considering patients' cultural backgrounds.
• Facilitate engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address specific mental health challenges and foster resilience.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff to ensure patients receive comprehensive and integrated care experiences.
• Provide timely crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, applying de-escalation techniques and establishing safety plans.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community support resources for ongoing care.
• Maintain confidential, accurate documentation compliant with HIPAA standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism in all patient interactions.
• Actively engage in case conferences and ongoing training to enhance therapeutic practices and address cultural competencies within the community.

Our patient population encompasses a wide spectrum of cultural and social backgrounds. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health conditions. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe therapeutic environment where each client feels valued and understood, thereby contributing to their overall mental health improvement.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A thorough understanding of a wide array of mental health disorders and culturally responsive therapeutic approaches.
• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy that resonates with a culturally diverse clientele.
• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed during high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients from differing backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
• Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines, professional boundaries, and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

• Experience working in telehealth or virtual therapy settings, demonstrating adaptability to digital communication platforms.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or educational workshops focused on mental health awareness in multicultural communities.
• Engagement with ongoing professional development and training in cultural competence or specialized therapeutic modalities.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year.
