• Conduct thorough assessments of patients through individual teletherapy sessions, leveraging our video-conferencing tools to gather comprehensive information about their mental health status.

• Perform virtual mental health evaluations, compiling detailed medical histories and mental status examination findings to deliver tailored care plans.

• Design and implement effective behavioral health treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, evaluating the impact of interventions and adjusting strategies to meet patient needs.

• Maintain accurate records of sensitive patient information, including examination results and treatment documentation, within our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and access community resources, ensuring comprehensive support for patient wellbeing.

• Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to apply the latest psychosocial interventions and advancements in the field.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Skyrise, you will work with a diverse range of clients struggling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral disorders. Our patient population spans different age groups and backgrounds, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing personalized care and support. You will help patients in overcoming challenges and navigating their mental health journey through our holistic, patient-centric approach.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's Degree or Doctorate in the previously mentioned areas is preferred.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee is mandatory to practice.

• Proficiency in using electronic clinical systems and electronic health records (EHR) to manage patient care effectively.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a strong emphasis on telehealth practices.

• Familiarity with evidence-based psychosocial interventions and ongoing professional education to stay current in the field.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly valued and will enhance your ability to connect with a wider range of clients.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
