Location: Illinois
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We're looking for an LMFT to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Illinois. This position centers on helping individuals, couples, and families address real-life concerns such as communication breakdowns, family stress, anxiety, relationship strain, and adjustment issues. The work is practical, client-focused, and fully virtual, making it a strong fit for therapists who want consistency and a professional telehealth environment.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Assess client concerns and create individualized treatment plans
  • Work with couples and families on communication patterns, conflict, and relational challenges
  • Provide therapy for clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal difficulties
  • Keep documentation current, accurate, and compliant

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health discipline
  • Current Illinois LMFT license
  • Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
