• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' needs, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate meaningful progress in clients' mental health and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize holistic approaches.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments, ensuring timely interventions and adaptations to treatment plans as necessary.
• Respond effectively to urgent situations, including mental health crises and potential child abuse, providing immediate support and referral as needed.
• Advocate for clients by researching and connecting them with vital community resources, including healthcare services, child assistance programs, and support networks.
• Document interactions with clients accurately in our electronic health record system to maintain compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a range of cases, including those involving children, families, and veterans. Understanding the unique challenges faced by these groups, particularly in the context of community health, is essential. You will work with clients who may be experiencing crises, transitions, or ongoing mental health issues—aiming to empower them toward greater resilience and stability.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification, valid in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within a behavioral health or clinical social work setting.
• Experience in providing services to veterans or military families is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with traumatic stressors and effective therapeutic techniques for managing acute and chronic mental health challenges.
• Proficiency in conducting psychosocial histories, suicide risk assessments, and formulating comprehensive care plans.

• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competency in providing adaptable care.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to support client documentation and teamwork.
• In-depth knowledge of local community resources and services available to clients.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
