About the Role: The Residential Behavioral Health Assessor plays a critical role in evaluating individuals' mental health and behavioral conditions to inform treatment planning and support services. This position involves conducting comprehensive assessments using standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting clients' well-being. The assessor collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate referrals, contributing to improved client outcomes. By maintaining detailed and confidential records, the Behavioral Health Assessor supports continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.   • Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
