Position: Clinician

Location: Norwich

Salary: $63,000-$65,000/year

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours, 1st shift,ย Monday-Friday (9-5p) with some evening hours required

Position Summary:

The Clinician position provides comprehensive assessments, group and individual clinical services, and collaborates with team members in the treatment of adults suffering from mental health and/or substance abuse disorders, in community-based outpatient treatment setting. This position will be based in The Connection: Center for Behavioral Health, under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. The clinical team works collaboratively with medical, treatment, employment, housing, and educational linkages in the community on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

  • Masterโ€™s Degree in a related field and eligibility for licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC-A, LPC, LMFT-A, LMFT)
  • 1 year related experience
  • Valid Connecticut Driverโ€™s License
  • The Connection Inc. complies with Executive Order 13G. Any employee hired on or after September 27, 2021 must either be vaccinated against COVID-19 or apply for a medical or religious exemption and be approved

Orientation:

If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
