  • End-to-end understanding of origination lifecycle (Application → Closing → Post-Close)
  • Multi-instance experience (Dev / QA / UAT / Prod)
  • Encompass release management and patch planning
  • Migration experience (Legacy → Encompass Web)

2. Configuration & Administration (Advanced)
  • Company, branch, and user setup
  • Personas, roles, user groups, and access control
