Job description

You're not just filling roles-you're driving the business forward.
As a Recruiter at Ledcor, you bring an expert sourcing mindset to every search. You will lead full-cycle recruitment across both high-volume craft and salaried roles, with a strong focus on proactively identifying, engaging, attracting and converting top talent to hires within a highly competitive labour market. This is a forward-looking role, not reactive, where you excel at building talent pipelines ahead of demand and uncovering high potential talent others overlook.
Operating in a fast paced, operations driven environment, you will leverage advanced sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and targeted outreach to build deep, qualified talent pools for critical roles. Your ability to map talent markets, engage passive candidates, and create early momentum in the hiring process will be key to your success.
Through strong relationship-building and a consultative approach, you will partner closely with Business HR and hiring leaders to understand workforce priorities, role requirements, and talent needs, bringing relevant insights on market conditions. From there, you'll develop and execute targeted hiring plans, build high quality pipelines, and drive execution across active requisitions to meet evolving business needs and timelines.
This is talent advisor role for a recruiter who takes ownership, moves with urgency, stays ahead of hiring demand through strong sourcing expertise, and knows how to maintain pace without compromising quality.
Apply now to join the Ledcor team!

Essential Responsibilities

  • Actively engage in the external labour market to identify and connect with potential candidates
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop strong pipelines across high-volume and salaried roles
  • Own full-cycle recruitment (posting through offer) to deliver timely, high-quality hires
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to scope roles, define hiring plans, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies
  • Assess candidates for skills, experience, and long-term fit with business needs
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting in Workday while ensuring compliance and hiring momentum

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
  • Proven ability to proactively source and build strong talent pipelines across multiple channels
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work environment - up to 2 days in the office
