Placement Type: Permanent

Location: On-site

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm 

Compensation: Base + Commission


Approximate OTE in year 1: $75,000 - $90,000

Approximate OTE in year 2: $90,000 - $105,000

Approximate OTE in year 3: $110,000 - $130,000

Approximate OTE in year 4: $150,000+


Overview:


As a Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will:


  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  • Screen and interview qualified candidates
  • Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
  • Assist clients in defining the hiring criteria for their open roles
  • Act as a human-resources point of contact to your contractors during their assignment
  • Update CRM & ATS systems as required
  • Attend networking events

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Must have previous customer service or sales experience. 
  • Must have polished communication & presentation skills. 
  • Must be able to learn new softwares and programs quickly. 
  • Must be able to think critically and troubleshoot problems independently.

Like To Have Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree - BCOM or Accounting-focus is preferred.
  • Previous B2B sales experience.
