Are you a skilled receptionist that can only work evenings and weekends? Perhaps you have other commitments such as University classes, or a lifestyle where these hours would be perfect!

Eastside Dodge, a well-established dealership located in Calgary, ranking in the top 10 high volume stores in Alberta, is seeking a professional and enthusiastic, part-time front counter receptionist to join their team. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task will allow you to excel in this role.

Requirements:

  • Answer phone and route calls accordingly
  • Warmly greet guests and direct them appropriately
  • Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
  • Deliver faxes and mail
  • Provide other administrative support as required

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven proficiency with various software programs, including MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
