Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Human Resources management and hiring managers to thoroughly understand Westcliff's hiring goals and create an effective recruitment plan
  • Create and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with Westcliff's business objectives and culture in order to meet aggressive hiring goals, with a focus on proactive sourcing (e.g. social networking, internet research, cold calling, regular networking at events and conferences)
  • Manage efficient, fast-paced, full cycle recruiting operations which support Westcliff's rapid hiring growth
  • Manage the requisition approval process and allocate open requisitions appropriately to external agencies as needed
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Handle special HR projects as time permits

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to: sourcing, referrals, qualifying, networking, and relationship management (Experience with recruiting nurses and International recruiting strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing a creative, metrics driven, consultative service oriented recruiting strategy for a global organization. Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, influence and foster trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • A successful track record of recruiting management at a rapidly growing tech company
  • Solid network of relevant candidates and recruiters as well as efficient methods of tracking them
  • Hands-on experience with relevant social media, conferences, events and recruiting channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, networking and public speaking
  • A great sense of fun and an "All-In" attitude

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's required
  • Demonstrated interest in mobile is strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience working in the higher education verticals, nursing and international recruitment a strong plus
