 North Star Staffing Solutions, an executive search firm based in Denver, CO, plans to hire a few key recruiters to assist on search assignments. The firm's partners secure retained search assignments to find key individuals in mid and upper management for both well-established and newer companies. The recruiter will contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Job Description

RECRUITER
As Recruiter, your key objectives will be:
RESEARCH: Although the company employs a research team, the Recruiter will sometimes assist in finding appropriate companies, and will research those companies through directories and/or the Internet, and identify prospective candidates.
RECRUIT AND SCREEN CANDIDATES: Initiate calls to candidates, launch a targeted emails, establish rapport, and determine if candidate is able and willing to talk.
QUALIFY THE CANDIDATE: Obtain a brief verbal overview of their work history, screen candidate in depth as to performance objectives and background and experience criteria. Present qualified candidates to Partner for further processing, including complete written notes and a verbal presentation.
TRACK RESULTS: Organize, track, measure and input project related data into internal candidate tracking software that is critically relied upon to manage each search.
REFERRALS: Obtain candidate referrals and new project referrals.
CLIENT MATERIALS: Write candidate summaries for submittal to client.
CANDIDATE COORDINATION: Arrange interviews, and help prepare and debrief candidates before and after interviews.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor's degree - not required.
English, communications, marketing a plus.
Experience: Ideally, experienced in recruiting in a similar environment, including executive search, contract recruitment, personnel agency, or corporate in-house recruiter. Other viable experience could include inside sales / customer support or other types of complex telephone communications involving heavy telephone contact.
Computer literate -- expert in use of e-mail, Internet, MS Office tools and other basic software packages.
An extremely articulate communicator, who is comfortable talking to people at all levels.

Commission: $7,400 to $17,000 per placement
